The Azoir Partner Portal is available exclusively to approved trade partners. Access is granted at Azoir's sole discretion and may be revoked at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at hello@azoir.co if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Confidentiality
All pricing, order information, and communications accessible through this portal are confidential. You agree not to share or disclose this information to third parties without prior written consent from Azoir.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders placed through the portal are subject to Azoir's standard trade terms. Payment terms are as specified on each invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of portal access.
5. Changes
Azoir reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
